Information and purpose

When you join the list, we process your name, chosen contact detail, postcode and product, frequency, delivery or market preferences. We use them to validate demand and tell you about Viva Fresca availability. We do not take payment or sell this information.

Legal basis

Form processing and contact are based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact above.

Measurement and local storage

We measure first-party funnel events, campaign UTM values, language and referring domain. Events contain no name, phone, email or postcode. Non-sensitive answers are temporarily saved on your device so you can continue; contact details are sent only when you confirm.

Providers and retention

Vercel hosts the website and Neon hosts the database as technical processors. The operating plan deletes funnel events after six months and interest records after no more than twelve months, or sooner if you withdraw consent, unless a legal obligation applies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, mailbox@datenschutz-berlin.de.
