The heart behind Viva Fresca
Brenda Motolinía comes from Veracruz, a vibrant Mexican port city. Her inspiration began with her grandmother Esperanza.
In Raudales Malpaso, Chiapas, Esperanza opened a cocina económica — a small, affordable eatery — on her own to support her family. That same initiative and care inspire Brenda’s Viva Fresca today, here in Berlin.
We’re already at weekly markets. Now we’re exploring more ways to bring Viva Fresca to Berlin.
